Campbell's needed to drive microwavable bowls sales during a down turning market. We knew that the biggest opportunity was to reach blue and white collar workers who were taking their lunches to work to save time and money. We also knew that these workers were tired of slaving away for "the man," so we decided to put them back in charge...at least during their lunch breaks. The promotion gave them chances to win head honcho worthy prizes, like executive perks, personal assistants and expense accounts, and created a social platform for consumers to escape work online during their lunch hour.
